WooCommerce

The agent answers order questions, checks stock and shares a cart link for your WooCommerce shop.

Connect

With Continue to WooCommerce (where available):

1. In the console go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce and type your Store address.
2. Click Continue to WooCommerce. Your store opens its own admin, where you grant Fluxy read access.
3. The keys reach us directly — nothing to copy. If you decline there, nothing is connected.

With keys (or click Enter keys instead):

1. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key. Read permission is enough.
2. Copy the consumer key (ck_…) and consumer secret (cs_…).
3. In the console go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce and enter your store address (including any sub-folder, e.g. https://example.com/shop) and the key pair, then click Connect.

Either way, we read one product from the store before saving, so a wrong key fails right away.

Using WordPress? Also install the WordPress plugin to add the chat to your site and recognise logged-in customers.

Good to know

• Cart links currently hold one item.
• Order lookups need the order number and the email or phone on the order.
