Calendly
With Calendly connected, the agent offers real open times from your Calendly, sends a one-time booking link — or, on a paid plan, books directly once the customer says yes. Bookings made from the agent’s links show up in the conversation.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”With the Continue to Calendly button (where available): approve Fluxy on Calendly’s own screen and come back — nothing to paste.
With a personal access token:
- In Calendly, open Integrations → API & Webhooks and generate a personal access token.
- Give it these scopes:
users:read,event_types:read,scheduling_links:write,scheduled_events:write,webhooks:write. - Paste it as Personal access token under Settings → Integrations → Calendly.
We check the token with Calendly before saving.
How booking works
Section titled “How booking works”- Open times come from Calendly itself, so your buffers, daily limits and minimum notice all apply. Times are in your Calendly time zone; if the customer is elsewhere, the agent shows both.
- The agent looks at most 7 days at a time.
- Booking directly needs a paid Calendly plan. The agent first summarises the appointment and asks the customer to confirm.
- If direct booking is not possible — free plan, a required question on the event type, or the customer has to choose a location — the agent sends a one-time link instead and never says “you’re booked”.
Disconnect
Section titled “Disconnect”Disconnecting stops booking tracking. If you connected with a token, delete the token in Calendly too — it cannot be revoked from our side.
