Airtable

Airtable is the twin of Google Sheets: a price list, stock sheet or lead log the agent can search and add records to. Because Airtable knows field types, numbers, dates and select fields are filled correctly.

Connect

With Continue to Airtable, if offered: approve Fluxy on Airtable’s screen.

With a personal access token:

1. At airtable.com/create/tokens, create a personal access token (pat…) with the scopes data.records:read, data.records:write and schema.bases:read, and access to the base the agent should use.
2. Paste it in Settings → Integrations → Airtable.

After connecting

Choose the base, the table, and optionally a view and the Searched fields. A view keeps hidden rows out of lookups; leave every field box empty to search the primary field and every text field. The agent only ever sees that one table.
