Gmail
Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox and an agent reads incoming emails and prepares replies as drafts — you stay in control of what is sent.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Go to Settings → Channels and choose Gmail.
- Sign in with Google and grant access to the inbox.
- Point an agent at the inbox from Agents.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- New emails are read and classified; the ones the agent should answer get a draft reply in the same thread.
- Open Gmail, review the draft, edit if you like, and send.
