Google Sheets
A spreadsheet is often a small business’s first CRM. With Sheets connected the agent can:
- Add a row — e.g. log a lead with name, phone and a note.
- Look things up — e.g. a price list, availability or stock table (read-only, first 200 rows).
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets and click Continue to Google Sheets.
- On Google’s screen, grant spreadsheet access and come back.
- Paste the address of the sheet the agent should use and type the name of the tab (for example Sheet1).
Leave the spreadsheet empty to keep the agent out of Sheets.
Set up your sheet
Section titled “Set up your sheet”- The header row names the columns — the agent fills columns by name (for example Name, Phone, Note).
- If the agent tries to write a column that does not exist, it is not silently dropped: the agent is told which columns were written and which were not recognised, and your sheet is never broken by a made-up column.
