Trendyol

Connect your Trendyol seller account to:

• receive customer questions on your listings as a channel, answered from the console;
• answer “where is my order?” and product questions for Trendyol orders and listings (used when no store integration is connected).

Connect

1. In the Trendyol seller panel, open Account details → Integration details (only the master user can see it).
2. Copy your seller ID, API key and API secret key.
3. In the console go to Settings → Integrations → Trendyol, paste them, set Environment to production (use stage only for Trendyol’s test environment, which has separate keys) and click Connect.
4. Point an agent at the Trendyol questions channel — in the wizard or under Channels.
