With IdeaSoft connected, the agent searches your products with live stock and answers “where is my order?” from your store.

Connect

IdeaSoft connects with your store’s own API client, so you create it first:

1. In your IdeaSoft panel, open Entegrasyonlar → API → API Ekle.
2. Set the redirect address to the one shown on the IdeaSoft card in the console: https://console.getfluxy.io/settings/integrations/ideasoft.
3. Give it read access to products and orders, and save. IdeaSoft shows a Client ID and Client secret.
4. In the console go to Settings → Integrations → IdeaSoft. Enter your Store address, Client ID and Client secret, then click Continue to IdeaSoft.
5. Approve on your store’s own screen and come back.

We check that the connection can read products and orders before saving.

Good to know

• No cart links for IdeaSoft stores.
• Order lookups need the order number and the email or phone on the order. Tracking shows the carrier and tracking code — IdeaSoft does not provide a tracking link.
• Disconnecting deletes the access on our side. Delete the API client in your IdeaSoft panel too.
