Shopify
With Shopify connected, the agent answers order questions — status, fulfillment and tracking — straight from your store, instead of handing them to a person. It can also search your products and suggest only what is in stock in the requested size or colour, with prices read from your store.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”With Continue to Shopify (recommended, where available):
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify.
- Enter your Store address in the
yourstore.myshopify.comform — the address Shopify gave you, not your custom domain — and click Continue to Shopify. - On your store’s own admin screen, approve Fluxy for product, order and customer reading, and come back.
With an Admin API token (if your console shows a form instead):
- In Shopify, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps and create an app with read access to products, orders and customers.
- Install it and copy the Admin API access token (
shpat_…). - Paste your Store address and the Admin API access token in the console and click Connect. We ask the store who it is before saving, so a wrong token fails here.
How order lookups stay safe
Section titled “How order lookups stay safe”An order number alone is not enough. The customer must also give the email or phone number on the order, and it must match — so nobody can read someone else’s order by guessing numbers. On WhatsApp, the number Meta has verified counts as the phone.
If no order is found, the agent says so and asks the customer to check the details — it never guesses.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The agent does not build cart links for Shopify. When a customer is ready to pay, it says a colleague will complete that step.
- The connection only reads your store. Cancellations and address changes are handed to your team.
