ActiveCampaign
With ActiveCampaign connected, a conversation that reaches a mapped funnel stage opens a deal in your pipeline and moves it as the conversation progresses. The agent can also add people who agree to receive emails to your list, with tags, and look a contact up.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”ActiveCampaign connects with your API URL and key. There is no sign-in button.
- In ActiveCampaign, open Settings → Developer and copy the API URL (like
https://yourcompany.api-us1.com) and the key. - In the console go to Settings → Integrations → ActiveCampaign, fill in API URL and API key, and save.
We ask ActiveCampaign whose key it is before saving. Deals are owned by the user the key belongs to.
Map your stages
Section titled “Map your stages”Map each funnel stage to one of your deal stages, the same way as Pipedrive. Unmapped stages are not written.
Mailing list
Section titled “Mailing list”On the integration’s page, under Mailing list:
- List — the list the agent subscribes people to. With no list chosen, the agent subscribes nobody.
- Tags — added on every subscription. Comma-separated, up to 10; missing tags are created in ActiveCampaign.
The agent asks before subscribing anyone and never picks the list itself. Only people who agree to receive emails are added.
