Magento

With Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce connected, the agent searches your products with live stock and answers “where is my order?”, including the carrier and tracking number.

  1. In the Magento admin, open System → Extensions → Integrations → Add New Integration. Give it a name and your email; leave Callback URL and Identity link URL empty.
  2. On the API tab, set Resource Access to Custom and tick:
    • Catalog → Inventory → Products
    • Catalog → Inventory (stock)
    • Stores → Settings → All Stores
    • Stores → Attributes → Product (size and colour names)
    • Sales → Operations → Orders → Actions → View
    • Sales → Operations → Shipments
  3. Save, then Activate → Allow. Magento shows four values: Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret.
  4. In the console go to Settings → Integrations → Magento. Enter your Store address (e.g. https://shop.example.com) and paste all four values into Access token, Consumer key, Consumer secret and Access token secret.
  5. Optional: set Store view code if you don’t use the default store view.

Before saving, we read your store settings and one product. If the integration can’t read orders, it still connects, but the agent says it can’t see orders.

  • No cart links. Magento has no safe link that fills a cart, so the agent doesn’t send one.
  • Order lookups need the order number and the email or phone on the order. Tracking shows the carrier and number — Magento does not provide a tracking link.
  • A product whose stock can’t be read is not offered.
  • Disconnecting deletes the token on our side. To revoke it in Magento, delete the integration (or reauthorize it) there too.
