iyzico

With iyzico connected, the agent can send a hosted iyzico payment page for the cart or quote — and the conversation shows when it has been paid.

Connect

1. In the iyzico merchant panel, open Settings → Company settings and copy the API key and the secret key.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations → iyzico, pick the Environment (live, or sandbox for test keys) and paste both keys.

We check the keys with iyzico before saving.

Payment notifications (recommended)

A payment is confirmed with iyzico when the customer comes back from the payment page. To also catch customers who close the tab after paying:

1. Copy the notification address from the iyzico page in the console.
2. In the iyzico merchant panel, enter it under Settings → Merchant settings → Merchant notifications.
3. Ask iyzico (entegrasyon@iyzico.com) to turn on the X-IYZ-Signature-V3 header.

How amounts work

• The amount comes from the cart in the conversation, not from the AI’s guess.
• Currencies: TRY, USD, EUR, GBP, NOK, CHF.
• A link stays valid for 24 hours. Each click opens a fresh iyzico payment page; a link that has been paid does not open again.
• Installments follow your iyzico account’s default.
• To allow links without a cart, turn on Allow the agent to request an amount without a cart on the iyzico page. Such links wait for approval.
• Depending on your agent’s settings, payment links may need your approval in Conversations.

Note

A payment iyzico is still reviewing is not shown as paid until iyzico approves it.
