Pipedrive
With Pipedrive connected, a conversation that reaches a mapped funnel stage opens a deal in your pipeline and moves it as the conversation progresses.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”With Continue to Pipedrive: click Continue to Pipedrive, approve Fluxy on Pipedrive’s own screen and come back — nothing to paste. When this button is shown, it is the only way in; there is no token field.
With an API token (when there is no Continue to Pipedrive button):
- In Pipedrive, open Settings → Personal preferences → API and copy your token.
- In the console go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive and paste it. We check it with Pipedrive before saving.
Map your stages
Section titled “Map your stages”After connecting, the Pipedrive page shows Stage mapping: one row per funnel stage, each with a list of your own Pipedrive stages, read live.
| Funnel stage | What it means | Example Pipedrive stage |
|---|---|---|
conversations, engaged | No deal is opened this early | — |
qualified | A deal opens here | Lead in |
offer_sent | Only if the agent’s template has this stage | Proposal made |
goal | The conversation reached its goal | Won |
Pick a stage for the rows you want written and click Save mapping. A conversation that reaches a mapped stage opens a deal there and moves it as it goes — one conversation, one deal. An unmapped stage is not written at all.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Used by on the Pipedrive page lists the agents that write to Pipedrive. Disconnecting stops their writes.
- If you connected with Continue to Pipedrive, disconnecting also withdraws Fluxy‘s access in Pipedrive.
