Ticimax

With Ticimax connected, the agent finds products in stock and looks up a customer’s order in your store.

Connect

1. In the Ticimax admin, open Settings → Web service and create a web service authorisation code with read access to products, orders and members.
2. In the console go to Settings → Integrations → Ticimax. Enter your Store address (e.g. yourstore.com) and paste the code into Web service authorisation code.

Before saving, we check the code with Ticimax for both products and orders. If it can read products but not orders, we say so — widen the code’s permissions in Ticimax.

Good to know

• Product search covers your 500 most recent active products. Older products in a larger catalogue are not found.
• No cart links for Ticimax stores.
• Order lookups need the order number and the email or phone on the order.
• Disconnecting deletes the code on our side only. Delete it in the Ticimax admin too.
