Notion
Notion works two ways:
- Pages as knowledge — the agent answers from the pages you choose (each waits for your approval).
- A database as a table — the agent can look things up in it and add rows, like Google Sheets.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”With Continue to Notion (if offered): on Notion’s own screen, pick which pages Fluxy may read, and come back.
With an internal integration secret:
- In Notion, open Settings → Connections → Develop or manage integrations and create an internal integration.
- Copy its secret (
ntn_…) and paste it in Settings → Integrations → Notion. - Share each page with the integration in Notion: open the page, then ··· → Connections → add the integration.
After connecting
Section titled “After connecting”- Choose the pages the agent answers from. Each page waits for your approval. Pages are re-read every six hours; a page that changed comes back for approval.
- Optionally choose a database the agent may look up and add rows to. Text, select, number, date, checkbox, url, email and phone properties are written; the rest are read as text.
